Heather V. Lynch
Heather V. Lynch received her bachelor’s degree in 2007 from New York University (B.S., Communication Studies, with a concentration in Journalism), graduating magna cum laude. She received her J.D. in 2010 from St. John’s University School of Law, where she served as articles editor of the Journal of Civil Rights and Economic Development (formerly St. John’s Journal of Legal Commentary). Prior to joining the Firm, she served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Richard Buchter of the Queens County Supreme Court, Queens, New York.
Currently, Ms. Lynch is working on a number of antitrust and consumer fraud class actions, including Four In One Co. v. SK Foods, L.P., No. 08-CV-3017 (E.D. Cal.) and A&R Body Specialty v. Progressive Casualty Insurance Co., No. 07-CV-0929 (D. Conn.).
Ms. Lynch is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York.
