Ronald J. Aranoff

Mr. Aranoff received his bachelor's degree in 1992 from Yeshiva University, graduating magna cum laude, and received his J.D. in 1995 from the Benjamin N. Cordozo School of Law, where he was a David Berg academic scholar. Mr. Aranoff concentrates his practice on antitrust and consumer class action litigation. Mr. Aranoff has represented consumers in a wide range of cases, including, most recently, deceptive practices involving pharmaceutical marketing, products liability in the medical devise field, deceptive conduct in the automobile insurance industry, and fraud in the fresh produce market.

Prior to joining Bernstein Liebhard & Lifshitz, LLP, Mr. Aranoff served as an Assistant District Attorney in Kings County, New York, where he tried numerous cases to verdict. Thereafter, he was associated with Slotnick, Shapiro & Crocker, LLP (Now part of Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC), where he represented corporate, institutional and individual clients in civil, criminal and administrative matters.

Mr. Aranoff is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York. He is also admitted to practice before the bars of the federal district courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and to the bars of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second and Third Circuits.
