Partner Eric T. Chaffin Makes Guest Appearance on Lawline Regarding Bear Stearns and Auction Rate Securities Litigations
BL Partner Eric Chaffin was a guest this week on an episode of Lawline representing the shareholders perspective in the Bear Stearns and Auction Rate Securities Litigations. In the episode, Mr. Chaffin, a trial attorney and former federal prosecutor in New York, offered the legal perspective for injured investors, and Ernest Badway of Fox Rotschild, who is a former SEC enforcement attorney, offered the defense perspective.
In addition to his work on securities cases, Mr. Chaffin also heads up the firms mass tort litigation, including the firm's Kugel Mesh lawsuits.
