Bernstein Liebhard LLP Appointed Lead Counsel in Class Action Against LJ International
On February 8, 2008, Judge Gary Allen Feess of the United States District Court for the Central District of California appointed Bernstein Liebhard LLP (the "Firm") to act as sole lead counsel in Apple v. LJ International Inc. (C.D. Cal.), a securities class action. The Firm represents District No. 9, International Association of Machinists & Aerospace Workers Pension Trust, which the Court appointed as lead plaintiff. The Court ordered the filing of a consolidated class action complaint no later than April 8, 2008.
