Bernstein Liebhard LLP is investigating whether the Board of Directors of Dover Saddlery, Inc. (“Dover” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: DOVR) breached its fiduciary duty to its shareholders in agreeing to sell Dover to a company formed by Webster Capital.

Under the terms of the agreement, Dover shareholders will receive $8.50 in cash for each share they own.  The investigation is focused on the potential unfairness of the price to Dover shareholders and the process by which the Dover Board of Directors considered and approved the transaction.
