Bernstein Liebhard LLP is pleased to announce that four of the firm’s partners have been named by Super Lawyers to be among the top lawyers in New York State. Partners Stanley D. Bernstein, Jeffrey M. Haber, U. Seth Ottensoser, and Felecia L. Stern have all been named as New York Super Lawyers for 2013.
Five of the firm’s partners have been named as Super Lawyers since 2007: Stanley D. Bernstein was named in 2007-2009 and 2012; Mr. Haber was named in 2008-2010 and 2012, as well as in the Super Lawyers Business Edition in 2011; Mr. Ottensoser was named in 2010 and 2012, as well as in the Super Lawyers Business Edition in 2011; and Partner Jeffrey S. Grand was named as Rising Star in 2012.
Only five percent of the lawyers in New York are named by Super Lawyers. The selections for Super Lawyers are made by their research team, which is a service of the Thomson Reuters, Legal division. Super Lawyers selects attorneys using a patented multiphase selection process. Peer nominations and evaluations are combined with third party research. Each candidate is evaluated on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement.
