World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc.

Bernstein Liebhard LLP, a nationally acclaimed investor rights law firm, is investigating whether members of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. (“WWE” or the “Company”) (NYSE: WWE) breached their fiduciary duties in connection with alleged sexual misconduct by WWE’s former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Vincent McMahon.  McMahon stepped down temporarily as CEO and Chairman of WWE in mid-June during an investigation into the alleged misconduct. The Wall Street Journal has reported that McMahon agreed to pay more than $12 million over the past 16 years to suppress allegations of sexual misconduct and infidelity.  McMahon resigned from the Company on July 22, 2022 and is under investigation by the Board.

Since 1993, Bernstein Liebhard LLP has recovered over $3.5 billion for its clients. In addition to representing individual investors, the Firm has been retained by some of the largest public and private pension funds in the country to monitor their assets and pursue litigation on their behalf. As a result of its success litigating hundreds of lawsuits and class actions, the Firm has been named to The National Law Journal’s “Plaintiffs’ Hot List” thirteen times and listed in The Legal 500 for ten consecutive years.
