Bernstein Liebhard LLP Announces Final Approval of a $400 Million Settlement of the Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. Securities Litigation

On December 23, 2009, the Honorable Colleen McMahon of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York granted final approval to the $400 million proposed settlement of the consolidated action, styled In re Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. Securities Litigation, No. 040CV-08144 (CM) (S.D.N.Y.).
