Bernstein Liebhard LLP was recognized by SCAS as one of the top plaintiffs’ securities class action firms in the country, ranking number ten on the latest list compiled by the SCAS. The “SCAS 50” for the year 2008 lists the top 50 plaintiffs’ law firms ranked by the total dollar amount of final securities class action settlements occurring in 2008 in which the law firm served as lead or co-lead counsel. Bernstein Liebhard recovered more than $141 million for investors in 2008, averaging more than $28 million per case in the five settlements it reached during the year.
