In 2007, Bernstein Liebhard LLP was one of only six plaintiffs’ securities class action firms listed in The Legal 500, a guide to the best commercial law firms in the United States. According to its editor, The Legal 500 is an independent guide to commercial law firms, can be found online at Legal 500 and is the largest legal referral site on the internet.
Quoting firm clients, The Legal 500 describes the firm as a “‘highly-qualified securities class action firm’ that provides ‘all the things you’d be looking for in a counsel‘.” The listing further states: “Clients . . . continue to give Bernstein Liebhard their vote of confidence and award it ‘high marks for knowledge, diligence, and thoroughness‘. The firm’s ‘excellent‘ service is praised by clients, as are its team of ‘very prompt‘ and ‘responsive‘ attorneys. Sums up one client: ‘Overall, we were very pleased with the quality of their work.'”
