Stanley D. Bernstein Honored as One of “The Most Influential People in Corporate Governance” For the Fourth Consecutive Year

Bernstein Liebhard LLP congratulates Partner Stanley D. Bernstein on being named to the 2012 Directorship 100, the esteemed list of “The Most Influential People in Corporate Governance” as determined by The National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) and Directorship magazine, for the fourth consecutive year.

Each year Directorship magazine sets out to identify 100 individuals who exert the most profound influence on corporate board rooms. According to the editor, this year’s Directorship 100 includes “100 professionals and the institutions that provide outstanding expertise and direction to boards” and who are each “striving to enhance how boards serve shareholders.”  Mr. Bernstein was previously listed in the 2009, 2010, and 2011 Directorship 100.  Other honorees include New York Attorney General Eric T. Schneiderman, Delaware Supreme Court Chief Justice Myron T. Steele, and Delaware Chancery Court Chancellor Leo E. Strine, Jr.
