Rebecca Katz Lectures at Fordham University
Partner Rebecca Katz was invited to lecture at the Fordham University School of Law's Eugene P. and Delia S. Murphy Conference on Corporate Law - Corporations, Investors, and the Securities Markets. Ms. Katz, who is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Initial Public Offering Securities Litigation, spoke on October 19, 2007. She commented on three academic articles, entitled "Attorneys as Arbitrators," by Stephen J. Choi, Jill E. Fisch, and A.C. Pritchard; "An Asymmetric Payoff-Based Explanaton of IPO 'Underpricing,'" by Atanu Saha and Allen Ferrell; and "The Accidental Elegance of Aronson v. Lewis," by David A. Skeel, Jr.
