- In re Royal Dutch/Shell Transport Securities Litigation, No. 04-374 (D.N.J. 2008) (minimum value to the class of U.S. shareholders of $130 million and a contingent value of more than $180 million. As part of the settlement, the Firm also secured an additional $28.34 million for the members of a European class that settled with Shell in 2007 for more than $350 million.
