Bernstein Liebhard LLP is pleased to announce that Partner Christian Siebott recently published two articles in Securities Litigation Report, a publication analyzing developments in private actions and government enforcement, with a heavy focus on corporate governance and risk management and professional responsibility.
Mr. Siebott, a member of the publication’s Editorial Board, is the author of the “Need for Attribution-Second Circuit Affirms that Plaintiffs Need to Show Reliance on Secondary Players’ Own Statements,” Securities Litigation Report, June 2010. In addition, Mr. Siebott co-authored “The Impact of Iqbal on Securities Class Actions,” Securities Litigation Report, March 2010 with Associate Brian Lehman.
