Bernstein Liebhard LLP Senior Partner Stanley D. Bernstein has been invited to speak at the National Association of Corporate Directors’ and Directorship‘s Global Forum on June 9, 2009. The Global Forum brings together the foremost leaders in business, the boardroom, and government, including distinguished directors, investors, and global business policy experts for engaging, insightful, and informed interactions.
The theme of this year’s Global Forum concerns “The Davos Principles and the New Rules of Board Governance” and will focus on financial stability, effective governance, sustainability, leadership values, growth and innovation and strategy.
